Congratulations to Cyber@UCI on its 2025–2026 competition season! The club’s Collegiate Penetration Testing Competition (CPTC) team, coached by Habiba Farrukh, won 1st place at the CPTC Global Finals, held January 9–11, 2026, at the Rochester Institute of Technology, after placing 2nd at the Southern California regional. The club’s Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (CCDC) team took 2nd at the Western Regional CCDC, won the national Wild Card round, and finished 8th at the 2026 National CCDC.
